Capital Projects for Our Library

     On November 11, 2006 The Hercules Public Library opened at a cost of nearly 12 million dollars.  The Hercules Library Foundation is currently seeking contributions to assist in this initial construction phase, as well as to fund expanded programs that are now being offered to the public.
