LIBRARY
FOUNDATION
The Hercules Library Foundation, a 510(c)(3) non-profit Corporation, is
currently looking for volunteers interested in serving on its Board. The
Foundation was established in 2004 to provide for the initial
construction of the Library. Today, our mission is to support programs,
collections and the building itself, so that we can assist the Library
in its efforts to provide life long learning opportunities for the
entire community. The Foundation has raised over a half a million
dollars to date, and hopes to match that number over the next several
years.
The Foundation meets on an as-needed basis, though may meet more as its
grows. The Board is currently comprised of 5 Board Members and is
looking to fill several more positions. Applications will be accepted on
an ongoing basis until the positions are filled.
