About Us

     The Foundation is dedicated to supporting the Hercules Public Library system by mobilizing resources for and promoting services  in conjunction with the Hercules City Council, the Contra Costa Library Office and our Library Staff.

     The Foundation is committed to ensuring that the Hercules community has a great Public Library with excellent facilities, quality and innovative services and widespread appreciation with utilization of the library as an educational and cultural institution.
